Who We Are
ABFI Ventures Inc. is a collective of top, ethically performing F&I Managers that have come together to produce the highest quality F&I training program that exists today. All of the concepts taught in our Finance Manager Entrance program are the result of our collaborative effort to amalgamate the most effective, sophisticated and impactful techniques that we have used, and currently use, to produce industry leading results in the finance office. Each of the F&I Managers selected to contribute to this program has been chosen based on expertise and outstanding results in key areas ranging from exceptional creditor insurance penetration to successful culture implementation, resulting in an F&I program that teaches the most successful techniques and methods all combined together.
Meet Our Lead Instructor
Here at ABFI, the Lead Instructor of our Accelerated Finance Manager Entrance program is Paul Kilarski. Throughout Paul's career, he has received over 70 awards for top performance including twice receiving the most prestigious award in his field for being annually ranked #1 in overall performance nation wide. He brings 14 years of F&I Manager experience, making him the ideal choice as Lead Instructor of our F&I Manager entrance program. He knows very well how to succeed as an extremely high performer in the finance office which is why he has been selected to guide the next wave of F&I Managers into highly successful careers.
