Beyond The Basics
Here at ABFI, we don't just teach our students how to perform the basic duties of the F&I position. We teach them how to operate as a top performer in every aspect of this position. Maximizing revenue, motivating sales staff support, obtaining approvals, optimal usage of free time, onboarding new sales staff, building a successful culture, effective follow up, utilizing the company website, optimizing client interactions. Mastering all of these concepts and more is what makes the difference between being a high performer and being a truly elite Financial Manager. We provide our students with access to all program lessons for a full year so that they can work towards mastery of these concepts well beyond their graduation from the program.
Where ABFI Differs...
Every lesson taught in our Accelerated Automotive Financial Manager Entrance program has been formulated using the most sophisticated and effective techniques that are currently being used by some of the highest ethically performing Financial Managers in the industry today. All of the Financial Managers chosen to contribute to our program have been selected based on their history of top, ethical performance in this position, along with their specialty in specific areas. Overall PVR, ethical persuasion techniques, individual product excellence, leadership & culture. These are just a few of the criteria we use to select our contributing Financial Managers. The result of this is a program that teaches all of these top level techniques combined.
Ever Evolving
As the industry changes, so do we. Financial Managers are continuously finding new and improved methods of performing optimally in this role and we regularly incorporate these improvements into our program by testing them through an adjusted model of the scientific method. When new or better optimized techniques are submitted to us, we hypothesize where and how to best amalgamate them into current concepts, test them with existing top performers in the field, have them report their findings back to us and repeat this process with adjustments as needed until reasonable conclusions can be drawn. If the final conclusion shows an improvement over current best practices, the new and improved method is incorporated into our program. The result of this is that our program continuously stays at the height of relevance and provides the most effective training that exists on the market today.
